Q: Do I get unlimited texts?

With the Growth plan, you can get up to 2000 SMS texts per month. If your customers have downloaded Jayu, they will get a push message instead of a text.

Q: Is there a setup fee?

No! We do not charge a setup fee, cancellation fee, or any other hidden fees.

Q: Is the Jayu tablet kit required?

No - Jayu can be used on any tablet! However, if you don't have a tablet, the tablet kit is a great way to kick off your program. Customer engagement is key and the tablet kit can help get you up and running faster.

Q: Do customers need to download an app?

We highly recommend getting your customers to use your loyalty program through the Jayu app. This allows them to see and remember you business much more. Fortune 500 companies push their apps for a reason. However you can still give customers points without using the app by using their phone number.

Q: How can I get started?

To claim your business enter your business name and address here . Then just add your rewards and any promotions that you want. Once you select a plan your new program is ready to go!
